Training Regime Day 1

In lieu of my bloody NAPFA nxt yr...
i started to train abit in order to NOT FAIL my sit-n-reach...
so i started with stretching each of my bloody legs 50 times with some method i learned from the gym trainer :D
pumped 40 times be4 i really buay tahan ><
sigh... really weak rite?
i miss the days whr i could lik keep on doing n endure thru lik it was nth...
but now? i guess i muz train alot more to reach tt standard again...
sigh...
did 5 pull ups rite aft tt...
quite weak bah...
nvm will get better as time go by...
sigh...
i muz really train hard...
not to get bronze because of my sit-n-reach...
maybe i shld train more on sbj as well...
going for new balance run 15km nxt week...
shld also start trng for it... hahaz...
