tt is... thr is no shame in mistakes... n neither m i blaming any1...
it was nth much more than my personal thoughts... what i feel...
thrs no need to apologise... for thr were no mistakes...
looking at them in full u at their strt of activity...
the first activity they r having as official NCOs...
pretty much reminds me of when we first took them...
we were also pretty confused as to what to do...
we r almost lik them... juz with all the knowledge n skills...
but NCOs... juz the name itself bears a different tone... a different significance...
esp if u r a sqd N...
