Brooks Marina Run 2015 21km

A lonely run on valentine's day, probably couldn't get any better for a single runner..
if not for the fact that i did so badly lols...
half marathon, 21km in 2hrs 28mins 05secs..
slow? much much worse than that... i at least managed a under 2hr during AHM...
sighs...
feeling damn crappy after the run, mostly due to 0 training, not just psychologically, but physically feeling the effects first hand as well...

this is a seriously vicious cycle for me...
sign up for run -> 0 training -> go for run -> completely dies -> vows to train for the next run -> sign up for another run -> rinse and repeat...
haha motivation? endurance? my current condition is probably not even half of how i was like in my peak ><
so freaking bad...

nxt run coming up is 2XU Compression Run, and its another half marathon, hopefully i will get around to telling myself, in order to not to feel like this again, GET YOUR LAZY ASS OFF THE CHAIR AND GO TRAIN!!!
legs kinda feeling it already... so probably will be aching for the next 2 days or so, i guess?
