zz the only reason i hate shuttle run so much is because i juz screwed my 3rd/4th pair of shoe because of it...
every single time i do shuttle run i will juz straight away screw up my shoes... sigh...
this is not gd.. considering how expensive the shoes r...
n then everytime it happens thr would be a hole in it...
really needa go find new ways to stop properly w/o destroying more shoes...
