15km the first time i ever ran n completed a long dist run...
i felt happy, exhilarated even, but tired... coz i really tried n did my best...
then came 16km my first time...
n i did pretty badly... even walked some dist... i gave up... n i was unhappy with myself... for failing juz tt one km difference...
my 2nd 16km... i told my self to not give up...
i succeeded in encouraging myself... n achieved my best timing ever for a long dist... even faster than my 15km...
i have finally done it n made my mark...
now its for a even greater challenge...
sbr... 21km... time to pick up the trng...
previous runs... i didnt even made much of an effort to train... for tis i muz...
juz morn i played bball for lik less than 1hr n i alrdy couldnt take it -.-
tts how shitty my stamina is now currently... sigh...
