hvent blogged for quite sometime now... though tis is yet again gonna be a rather short post...
so i ran 2.4km today... shldnt hve tried to overtake tt guy in the first lap...
aft overtaking i felt lik shit... damn tired alrdy to run the remaining 5 laps...
but somehow i managed to hold on...
sprinted at 200m n manage to secure 9mins48sec
broke 10mins for the first of 2010
n oso my fastest record so far...
9mins54sec yr 3
9mins55sec yr4
sigh... wat use... im doomed to get bronze... i dun even hve to work tis hard...
but then again... its for myself... wat i want...
aft tt damn freaking pain in the stomach...
over-exert abit too much...
juz laid thr for upto 5-10mins i tink...
then for odac discussed some stuff be4 we did circuits...
one of the toughest i hve ever done ever since the most hiong np trng ><
most pumpings in 30secs, rest 1 min, most crunches in 30secs, rest 1 min, most burpies in 30secs, rest 1 min, most dips in 30 secs...
yeah seems quite ok rite?

repeat set aft 2mins rest with 40secs for everything...
a third set aft 2mins rest with 50secs for everything...
quite enuf to kill >< sigh...
