isnt in training for a long time...
now i feel damn weak...
a few days ago i tried doing push ups...
cant even do 20 consecutively... hahaz...
tried pull ups... 3 maximum...
then no strength liao...
weakling lar me...
n i hvent done much HW yet... more than half the holis over le...
muz buck up liao...
(i always say tt but nth happens... lol)
tmr n the nxt day have LMSC...
2 more days used up...
n i hvent prepare full u yet :P
