100th post...

lolz... i tink tt i m a serious crapper, slacker, etc...
haizzz... actually all my posts sort of revolves arnd the same old things...
u can say i m a man of few words... hahaz...

slept at 3AM last night n woke at arnd 10.30?
had breakfast n did nth all the way till afternoon...
yeah... did my bedok reservoir run as i promised myself...
did it with my bond tee, old pe pants, running shoes, watch n a $2 note...
n without lunch...
the same route to the reservoir... same gravel road which i ran on...
rather diff conditions... there were little/no breeze!!!
its lik so hot... (yeah, the sun was still shinning very brightly...)
aft tinking for a while...
n aft hearing tt the twin bros can complete in 19mins...
i realised tt taking 25min10secs is too long for 4.3km...
tts why... i decided to try something tt i would nvr hve done :)
i used a rather fast constant pace... one tt is very fast... n tt if i wan it to hold tt fast speed at constant isnt easy at all... it was a constant pace tt was much faster tt the 1 i would usually use...
one tt made me wanna vomit at 10mins...
so... u wanna guess how long i took? dont forget tt it is onli the 2nd run... n i wouldnt be able to improve much...
20mins18secs... a huge jump frm the 25mins10secs...
not bad eh? quite gd for a second run rite?
but 1 thing tt i muz say is tt i would nvr run at tt pace ever again unless i really hve to...
it is a pace tt i wouldnt want to try again... at least... not for 4.3km...
might be using it for 2.4 i guess...
aft the run... tis time it was definetely different... i felt tired... real tired...
last time... i didnt really feel anything...
so if u feel tired... tt means i m training hard =D
but maybe i would take arnd 22mins nxt time? cause i dun wanna use tt king of siao4 pace liaoz...
tis isnt exaggerating... but i tink i at least lost 500ml - 1litre of water aft tt run thru my sweat...
my whole shirt was totally wet n clinging to my skin...
i was sitting down on the flr aft the run n sweat were dripping frm almost everywhr... my face, legs, hanfs, forhead n of course body...
its lik i wipe the sweat off my face then another few came trickling down again... it was endless...
the bond tee wasnt working well evaporating the sweat fast...
my stomach/diaphragm/lungs/heart was hurting aft the run...
but i couldnt walk properly on my way home... i almost rolled down the overhead bridge...
its lik i was going at a snail's pace... i was practically "crawling" home...
i almost couldnt walk...

tmr is gonna hve lecture by CIs...
i m tinking its most probably bout TC...
dunno why... but i hve an urge for it to come...
i want to test my abilities, my limits... n c if i could survive thru it...
maybe its juz because i wan it over n done with fast?

portfolio... ACE essay... n other HW...
i was sitting in the midst of my worksheets juz now...

thrs so much i wanna say.. but tts as much as i rmbr...
so...
ME ran 4.3km in 20mins18secs...
