aft sch todae... we met up, we (me, jr, keith, 2 zhs n weiqi)
we lingered around in 3D for lik quite a while, deciding wat to do...
so ended up we went to the obstacle course... then thr do pumpings, lifting the log, pull-ups, sit-ups etc...
cant believe myself... so long nvr train liaoz... last time avg 7.. now at most 5 then cannot tahan le... (pull-ups -> vertical duh...)

ok aft tt went to play soccer lolz... borrowed pe t-shirt frm zhenghui's friend friend... ok it was quite small... lolz S size... i wear L de lorz...
